There are only dislikes in the company.full of politics which owner have knowledge but dnt have control. Layman & uneducated person is company head. Company is running only due to availability of funds.no life, no job security, no control over others decision, single work is being done my many employees, no office culture. They are shameless, selfish, uncultured, layman & full of egoistic person working there. They don't have ability to judge you and provide you job satisfaction. You will feel disrespectful over there. Worst experience.have not thought of such a 3rd grade company exist. There sales turnover is high but their mentality is low and 3rs grade. They will judge you like they know everything. Head of company is just making fool to owner & owner is happy about

Company's culture is average and self development is less than average as nothing new to learn, no job security and can be sacked with no prior notice at any moment. As during COVID suddenly sacked without notice and with no compensation with abstract logic for deduction. Career growth is not in the books of the company whatever yours effort is.
