Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is no chilling area. Company policy are not good, appraisal are unfair & they don't give salary on time, after 2 months they provide generally without any accomodation.

Working culture is very bad. Majority of unskilled employees created politics and job security is very less.

Dislikes

This is not industry. This is only shop operated by 4 people of same family. GM, MD,purchase head every important post belongs to there family.
