If they send to onsite(mostly mumbai) , free accomdation. Team mates are helpful. Company has Good name in banking domain

If joined as fresher then 3 years bond, first 4 month no salary. After training 12k(9k in hand) . After 1 year 18k. With this salary you can't survive in bangalore. After you complete bond again they will ask for bond, drama continues. 3 months notice period. No snacks or Tea. Kanjoos management Fresher join this company if no other option. Work will be on finacle scripting limited to finacle product. Once you join this company, u can't join other company easily as they have tie up with all mnc. They give hike only to people come from other company. No proper hike for insiders. Mostly International location will be South African countries like zambia, Nigeria, mauritius.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable. It's works on FINACLE product, java and mobile banking customisation. It's has a very good client base like Infosys, Capgemini, Accenture, Lenovo , Hitachi etc. On going project are at SBI(GLOBAL) with mobile banking in 26 countries, corporation bank, Canara bank .

Dislikes

Salary structure and future growth if you join as a fresher. Be careful with your decision to join MODUS if you are a fresher.

I value the culture of my current company. Managers set an example for employees to share ideas and help each other with tasks. Although I enjoy using my technical skills and it is a best organization to explore knowledge.

There is no point to dislike.

Likes

No one can fire you unless you want to resign yourself. Instead of firing they will try to transfer you to client location(Delhi, Pune) and they will not listen to your problems.

Worst HR and management system.
