You will not be paid on time. Owner appears to be overly intelligent, but he is not; he will deduct your one-day salary regardless of how much you work for him to complete this bill; he treats civil engineer as a site supervisor. If you are a self-respecting person, do not join there.

Do'nt like this company because working culture very poor & misbehave staff owner.

Not learning new things, not working properly way, no money 💰 for material purchase, not paid any payment vendor and staff time pe.

In this you can increase your knowledge because you are an independent engineer and can learn to handle future work pressure. People may talk bad about it but in the real sense it teaches us how to do this work.

Work Pressure is more then required.
