Take home is less because almost 1 lakh going for insurance from your CTC. Manager will get all work from you. Fully bossism. Whole company is micro management. No good appraisal . No recognition. Often layoffs. No training for development. Worst culture. Lots of politics. Saturday is work for some teams.

Some seniors people behaviour not good Food breakfast not good for everyday Room also not good always few problems. Other busy ok not bad.

The work culture at Modine is pretty good and most of the times you will find working in cross-departmental projects which will widen your view about the functioning of other departments as well.
