Take home is less because almost 1 lakh going for insurance from your CTC. Manager will get all work from you. Fully bossism. Whole company is micro management. No good appraisal . No recognition. Often layoffs. No training for development. Worst culture. Lots of politics. Saturday is work for some teams.
