Suggestion to employee don't join the company. Mgt. Not pay salary on time even they are not pay it exp. Instead of join modi info you have to open a tea stall.

The top management is so terrible that in a way it has made its employees very helpful to each other. The politics is almost zero there.

Dislikes

Modi is a family business. They have around 6 Directors who make a terrible hierarchy. With no defined team and head, it becomes hard to understand the orders and who's orders you are supposed to take and whose not to. You end up being overly burdened with work and not support.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
