I love the way our MD himself solves problems. Few people are very helping while others create a fuss. You can easily balance your work and life here. You are allowed leaves.

... MD likes you, irrespective of your skills and knowledge. There is no appraisal. No growth salary wise. As far as learning is concerned, if you are fresher then you have things to learn but if you have experience there is nothing for you here.
