There was nothing to like about working at Modern Institute of Engineering & Technology

1. Salary is not periodic, at least 3-4 months later people get their salary. 2. If you raise the issue regarding non-periodic salary, u will be terminated. 3. The work culture is very poor, with academic duty U have to also perform clerical duties. 4. Huge academic load but the salary is very very poor. 5. Infrastcure was very poor. 6. There was no scope for faculty development.

...resence of a huge amount of political factor affected the growth of a person. They pay the salary of a month after passing next 4 to 5 months

The issue is-salary problem ..you have to give ur best ,or some time have to work hard but you will get your salary minimum 7/8 months later .. Work culture is too bad , always politics. Management is so bad to describe.

...& even you don't have any scope to say anything or anyone regarding the salary.. The management pretend like ,it is much ok not to get salary on time but always work hard..

Class load & extra work is too much .. Employees are paying their salary on time , in fact ,they work without salary even 5/6 months or more.. No career development options , no learning opportunities.

One of the most disgusting Institute which can ruin your career. The company runs on a fraud policies, don't pay your salaries, pathetic work culture, faculties are treated like labors, no ethics from the management. Job security is very poor, unless you behave like a servant and clap on their ill intentions, you can be kicked out even you have given your 200% to the organization.
