Grouth is slow,manager do not value an indivisual unique strengh. No on job training for freshers. Senior folks like me have to guide the step by step which is a pain some times

It's a small scale industry so all the employees should do a to z level of works so it's a good learning platform for all the freshers

No perticular working hour No fooding lodging and transportation facilities Not much salary as per the post
