Working culture is good and staff very friendly so I like people of ICICI Bank employee, i am working malav parisar branch so many people helping nature is very good

Job security very poor and salary not releas on time Salary does not come as much as it should.

You should approach icici bank to take your vintage and good employees on payroll which you had not done. You never recommend your employee with icici bank for payroll job

...company is not taking care of there employee. 1. Not giving salaries on time. 2. Not giving salary slip/ Form 16 3. HR Is also not supportive. 4. After Resignation they not giving FNF Settlement if any occur. Not giving releaving letter also until and unless you call or message HR many times. 5. Job security is very low. 6. Not promoting employee even if they performed well. 7. Not provide any Mediclaim for there employee. Its a very bad company to work for. Thanks.

There's no number and mail id where you can file a complain for senior, they will terrminate you if you're telling for leave , I resigned because my RM is too much bad person , he thinks , he is a god.
