The institute has good scope for growth but the present work culture will not let it grow. A sane person will not like anything at MIET, it is only because of circumstances and lack of opportunities that people work there.

Dislikes

Micromanagement, Nepotism, Short-term thinking, Employee Disengagement, Toxic Work Environment, Lack of clear direction and effective communication.

Amazing experience, The Director Dr. ANKUR sir is very nice person, who provide the word class research facility to all the employees. My name is also Dr. Ankur Gupta, former assistant professor Electrical department.

Management: They don't have work ethics, no management; there is no research work; only show off.They are making money only by looting students and not giving their best.
