No Growth for designers, they do copycats only. Here no job security anytime they'll fire you. Good platform for developers.

It was the awesome working experience with the company. Everyone was very helpful in my initial days when i started my job and there guidence help me a lot to grow. Helpfull nature for fresher and good environment. There are lot of things to learn and develop for the future. Everyone is really warm and helpfull. It's like a home and family oriented officewith good support form management. I am glad to work with us. I hope bond with the company remains the same.

Here you could find a pleasant working atmosphere, the management team is very supportive and understanding. You can work independently and you can come up with your own ideas, they are always open for your suggestions. Onething i liked the most is they provide us with weekly off ( sat - sun) where we can spend time with our family and moreover it's a place where we can learn, enhance and implement our skills and grows to next level ...

I couldn't find any drawback here.. May be long distance native people can say staying away from family, for that too, weekly off is available.. So it won't be a problem for us..
