Worst company ever. Pathetic top management. Follows hire and fire policy. Salary credits on 17th date of next month. They fired me without any reason and without any notice. Deducted pf from my salary and did not pay, Unnecessary deductions without any explanation. They fired me in October 2020 and did not provide salary of my last 33 days of working till now. Did not provide my experience letter and relieving letter. completely pathetic.

Good thing is that if you have a good senior, you'll learn everything from them.

...followed. Trainees are not payed during the training and most of them are fired. Except freshers, senior employees won't get complete salary as the company will be always at a loss. Pay cycle is on 16th of every month and they do not give a complete break-up of your salary.

There is nothing to like about in this organisation. There management is so poor and illiterate as they don’t know how to treat and talk to senior employees

...t a joke for them they can call you even on Sunday and always ask you to work on strict timelines and never apprise your work Salary is just nothing if you are developer and you make money by completing as much as project then your salary will come other wise you have to beg infront of them for salary

Nothing is here to like. They are scammer I have left the company 2 year back but FNF is not yet credited and neither they received any call

Everything , No salary process is good no skill improvement, work culture is worst they didn’t think about girls they stop them untill 11,12 pm night without any security

...perienced, do join this company at the risk of your mental and financial health. If you expect salary - forget it [After 4 months, you will start getting partial salary]. If you expect Work-Life-Balance - forget it [You will be indirectly pressurized to work on weekends and night] If you hate nepotism & politics - do not join [Chamchas and Pariwar make up the entire mid & upper management].
