...aced, resigned or fired. * The MD is all disrespectful and tainted personality. * The company has a few family members on salary who may not even know the office address. Lakhs go into family-salary scam. * Employees are asked to review highly on Google, their increments depend on it. Many fake review them.

Worst company ever. Pathetic top management. Follows hire and fire policy. Salary credits on 17th date of next month. They fired me without any reason and without any notice. Deducted pf from my salary and did not pay, Unnecessary deductions without any explanation. They fired me in October 2020 and did not provide salary of my last 33 days of working till now. Did not provide my experience letter and relieving letter. completely pathetic.

Good thing is that if you have a good senior, you'll learn everything from them.

...followed. Trainees are not payed during the training and most of them are fired. Except freshers, senior employees won't get complete salary as the company will be always at a loss. Pay cycle is on 16th of every month and they do not give a complete break-up of your salary.
