1. Work life balance is okay. But the salary is not good enough so start looking elsewhere.
2. If you are a fresher you will learn and gain somehing new which is valuable. But this company is not worth staying for more than 1 years. Don't join here if you have other offer.
1. Toxic work culture with poor top management. No employee friendly policies. Complete WFO even for tech teams.
2. Adhoc tasks after sometime without sprint planning. High work pressure on such tasks which can't be completed instantly, foolish management doesn't understand.
3. No proper planning and company vision.
4. Too many ongoing issues with no accountability. Usually the juniors are thrown these problems to deal with. Poor laptops for working. Poor infra.
5. Internal politics - favoritism and bad appraisals. Top management keeps complete pay. Micromanagement.
6. Poor and messy codebase with no documentation.
7. Poor hiring process. No proper referrals. Talented folks are not retained. Fools are hired in top management. Looks like company will only have a better management and future when acquired by a big player.
I had an experience of one year and couples of months with MOBIKWIK process but my experienced with Mobikwik Pvt.Ltd on Avsar payroll ( third party) was literally unprofessional and unethical. I hope this should not happen to any of the employees who all are working with the third party like AVSAR ( SPNN ) Pvt.Ltd

...es can't reach to HR team for FnF and other relevant documents post resignation. Also company do not process the variable pay amount if you have left the organization even though it is mentioned over the offer letter.
This is completely terrible and would never ever recommend anyone to join this organization.
