When it comes to salary benefit I would surely said that it was quite impressive.

I had an experience of one year and couples of months with MOBIKWIK process but my experienced with Mobikwik Pvt.Ltd on Avsar payroll ( third party) was literally unprofessional and unethical. I hope this should not happen to any of the employees who all are working with the third party like AVSAR ( SPNN ) Pvt.Ltd

-office politics on its peak ... -promotion only of chaatu and preference to girls. -if you give explaination to your manager,hr starts finding your mistake and issue PIP and blacklist. -target based job - one weekoff - you have to badly request for your casual leaves also...
