Worst company ever seen
Both CEO thinks the employees working there are working at there homes
The lights and fans are also swtch on and off after the ceo says
Even we need permission to switch on and off lights and fan
Fake performance pay
Fake appraisal mails
They make fraud in the name of performance pay and eat the money of employees
Appraisal is not given to employees since the employees joined company
They give fake promises
Only 10 employee are working in company who also want to resign but due to bond they are working.. No one stays for more than 2 years
Ceo are filled wirh full ego and and attitude and never appreciate any employee
Unlimited working hours
No calculation for performance pay and give the performance pay by seeing faces
Handbook is there but it also has fraud points in it
And important thing this month everyone will get less performance pay because of the unity of employees
They cut the performance pay by seeing faces and not by work or performance

...They don't provide laptop kits, and your laptop is slows down, they blame you.
The salary package is a scam to; they promise arount 5000 to 7500 rupees monthly, but they deduct performance pay named low performance. The atmosphere is full of time-wasting activities. They deeply involved in office politics, and there's no room for growth.
The company founders and co-founders also plays politics. It fills like a small, cramped company with rules that don't benefit employees.
You'll only find demotivation, anxiety, and depression here. Even worse the salary will often paid late, typically on the 7th of the month, which exacerbates financial issues.
They enforce a compulsory 2-years bond, and they take advantage of every benefit if offers.
There's no work-life balance; you're expected to work late nights wihout extra pay. The office time is 9am to 6pm , but the office time ends, the manager will come and sit on your side , pilling on god level expectation for work while offering payment that's akin to begging.
If you dare to leave when office hour are over, they'll grill you about unfinished tasks and demand you stay untill they're completed. even if it means pusing untested work in production live. And when bugs arise, guess who gets the blame? You, of course.
It's a toxic environment where exploitation is the norm and you efforts are never enough and valued. Steer clear unless you enjoy being treated like disposable pown in never-ending game of corporate chess.
They'll promise you a salary increase of 30% to 40% every six months, but the process won't start until after 7 months, and the increased salary won't kick in untill the 8th month. Even worse. They won't increase your in-hand salary by the promised percentage, meaning you might only see and increase of around 2000 rupees in your pocket.
No salary as per the market standards, making a salary section is joke. it's just a another broken promise in a long list of disappointments.
I wasted and hour writing this true review of the company, my bad for even bothering. Save yourselves, folks, If you're thinking of joining this company, remember: even Yamraj would quetion your life chices if you ended up here.

--> Expectations = Super High , Salary = Super Low
--> Literally No performance pay (they'll scam your hard earned money)
--> Company policies will change anytime, even if they have given them in writing
--> Employees are not treated well
--> Long working hours
--> No proper office, just a small 3 BHK Flat
--> The company has been running from 8 years, still it is a startup with only 20 employees
--> None of the employees stay in the company for long.
--> No project managers available, directors are themselves trying to handle everything, which makes it even more harder to work
--> Not for freshers with good knowledge
--> No Laptop provided from company, even if our laptop gets damaged, they wont pay any compensation
--> You probably won't get your 45 days notice period salary
--> No respect from directors even for HRs
Developer's point of view :
--> If any older project is working on some outdated tech stack, you must use the same tech stack for new projects. Making the new projects easier with some different technologies is not happening in this company.
--> No Project Manager for code review.
--> If you are in the initial stages of your career, you won't find any mentor here, because almost all good employees will already leave as soon as they get a chance.
--> Even for casual leaves, you have to state a proper reason otherwise they won't approve your leaves.
