Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

There is nothing to like, Harassment at peak. Worst company. It's a Trap. They will hire any tom d and harry in testing department, Your colleagues will be a tuition teacher, Chai wala, Office boy, Puncture wala and House maid. They can hire any one and project them as Tester.

Dislikes

They give photostat letter of appointment. Flout Labor rules of state they are operating, will make you work till 8 Pm in night. They depute you work on Sundays. No Saturday holiday. Total festival holidays in 1 year are 8 to 10. They will bully employees to give fake ratings. Toilets have no water. Check before you sit in commode. They will hire any tom d and harry in testing department, Your colleagues will be a tuition teacher, Chai wala , Office boy, Puncture wala and house maid. They can hire any one and project them as Tester.

Worst company in gurugram, if you join you did not get promotion salary if you wanted to leave the organisation you need serve 4, 5 or 6 month of notice and they are not following any kind of professionalism.

If you feel you are donkey then you join Mobifly otherwise Please don't join Mobifly Office time 10:00 am to 8:00pm But you work 10:00 am to 10:00 pm daily basis
