Skill development, opportunity for experience people (just take good package and relax) not for freshers

...people have strict timing if you are late for 10 min they you will get half day. Salary - if you are came as experience then you will get good package (skills not required) If you are fresher then you have more work and less salary which will increase max 10% after 2 years. Policies - Their policy changes every day. Different for males and females. If you have any family / medical emergency then females will get wfh and male to came office at any circumstances or take leave. Job security - Nothing like this exist. You can be fired anytime when manager complaints you to hr.

Working with some senior is best thing I had in mobicule nothing else.

Work life balance is not prioritize and long hours are expected, Career growth opportunities are limited and compensation is not competitive the work culture can be stressful

I think nothing much good in this because they doesn't understand employees feelings.

...give valid reason and team leader said we don't need more developer and tester. Salary hold to 45 days after 45 days they will provide salary. All staff have a negetive attitude and seniors also non supportable.

They do not pay salaries to their employees, ex employees as well as do not give bond amount after completing a bond and keeps cutting rs 2000 per month for 18 months. I have left organization in may 2019 but still not received my full and final settlement. Terrible HR and management team. Last but not least No job security as well as no work life balance.

I am working as a Software developer at Mobicule. Todays date is 27 december 2018. I had not yet recieved salary for month of October 2018. Company deducted 2000 rs per month from my salary in first year and told me that company will pay me that amount after completion of one year bond period. I had joined mobicule on December 2016 but still I had not yet recieved that retention amount. The company does not pay salary to the employee who is on notice period. On the last day of the employee they force the employee to sign on the application on which it is written "We had paid all you full and final amount and also paid your retention amount" They do not provide employee with experiance letter unless and until the employee signs on that application. Recently I have seen Mobicule hires interns for 6 months and after completion of six months internship the inform the intern to continue as an intern for 3 more months.
