I liked the timing of Mobase India Pvt Ltd. that you have to come there on time. You have to leave on time.

Dislikes

Mobase Pvt Ltd did not have any project running software. Like SAP, ERP is a must which was not here. There is an OLD VERSION ERP just to run the work, from which only a few reports can be taken. and can't do anything.

1. Opportunity to explore in multiple projects. 2. Tier-1 company with good projects. 3. Providing medical insurance for family and parents and also providing Sodexo.

1. Strict work timings. 2. There is no work from home option.

Individual growth will be there . Good Learning opportunities. Knowledge about new Technologies. Yearly new projects arrival.

Dislikes

Lack of department coordination. Personal commitment for individuals. No pears for task completion. Average yearly increment without any considerations.
