They didn't understand and manager tha problems of there own staff specialy in my case thea didnt support me and i have to leave the company and the didn't even try to solve the problem and ask to me

Likes

The company is good for working but the performance are not considered in the time period only when they require it has been considered and some it may not be, and apart from these the working colleagues are good and good place to work and to learn.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high, the managers is to train the freshers apart from the site activities . the organisation is not settling our final settlements till date for the previous and present employee which is very bad to the organization.

Likes

This is a MEP Contract company. Now the turnover going to touch 100 crore. In the field of MEP contract MOA is a well player. Always focus on quality and time delivery.

Dislikes

There is no systematic movement in all area. So the company need to improve the system to develop further.
