Moa have good project manager who know how to mannage the site and engineers the have great abelity to handels tha situation specialy MANI RAJAN SIR and SARFARAZ JAFARI AHMED SIR

They didn't understand and manager tha problems of there own staff specialy in my case thea didnt support me and i have to leave the company and the didn't even try to solve the problem and ask to me

The company is good for working but the performance are not considered in the time period only when they require it has been considered and some it may not be, and apart from these the working colleagues are good and good place to work and to learn.

Dislikes

The work pressure is high, the managers is to train the freshers apart from the site activities . the organisation is not settling our final settlements till date for the previous and present employee which is very bad to the organization.
