Nothing is good. If someone want to join for learning purpose than only he/ she should prefer because Nissim have good banking, mutual fund , insurance clients , if person is self motivated than he can learn many thing's while performing work.

Dislikes

Company didn't pay salary on time and appraisal policy is not good, even sometime,on unreasonable basis , they denied appraisal. On the job ,training is not given to new joiners and the time of re-signing form firm they sometime will not provide experience letter and relieving letter to employees and also not paid there hard earned money.

Likes

Best part is you get great exposure of working. Learning and skill development is better than any other big 4 firms. You get to work with some huge clients both listed and unlisted. Teammates are supportive. Proper trainings are given.

Dislikes

Work life balance is hard to get. Lack in management. High employee turnover. Salary is decent. Delay in releasing of salary. 2 years bond condition, retention of nominal amount every month.

Nothing to like about this company. 1 manager of taxation department said wrong word to my family member and to another female staff as well like (Tera baap kaisa hai, Teri shakal tere jooti jaisi hai). This manager is habituated of shifting blames on his team mates. He blamed his past team mate who has already left this office, present team mates & may god know will show this attitude forever & he also made let you down on regular basis. Another manager who was well aware of majority of the incidents that took place but remained quiet & 1 partner made let you down. Majority plays diplomacy in their work. Senior partners without using their own senses were manipulated by the above manager who said wrong wordings. When I bring this to notice of senior partner, he showed a casual attitude towards my grievance. No actions were taken against him. When I asked them on mail about actions been taken, they didn't replied to it. There seems a disconnect between the principles adopted by senior partner for girls & actions taken. And even senior partner was in a rush to make me out of the office. Both the partners have no ethics & lacks professionalism. A nightmare & toxic workplace. Staff attrition rate is high as staffs are leaving & specially the capable ones. Worst decision to be a part of them. This is an incident of Noida Location.
