...ment don't respect our break time, people will disturb you while you're eating.. Employee's are forced to do multiple process without proper pay.. Management staff will speak like if you need high pay go to other office.. Then I personally feel higher positions are given based on caste.

Friendly environment in my floor. There is no extra scene for gm and am. They treats as equally.

SALARY is the main thing.they won't consider even their qualifications and experience. They fixed less amount salary for all. There is no negotiation. Very loweewwwww salary. That's y I resigned.

In MMC infotech I have worked for one year.There I have experienced very friendly environment.The company is working for Standard Charted Bank. There we have voice process,non-existant voice and semi voice process also. I have worked in voice process department.I have to make a call to the customer of the bank regarding credit card and I need to explain about credit limit,rate of interest,statement date, due date, etc.. and I need to give the information for customer queries upto my access.

In MMC infotech I'm not satisfied with package increments(salary hike). They will not allow the mobile at work place, we have to handover the mobile outside. I didn't like that because if we have to call some person emergently for some personal issue otherwise if we need any information from mobile it's very difficult for employees.

...ustomer via verbal,written and voice also its you have to learn in this company.And more important thing very low salary provided and there is no much increment provided.only thing you have learn basics and after one you should be left out in this company.

I love the fact that i am a part of a team that has a global client base. Mine is a tax based process. I also like tge employee re-hire policy here.

First thing is salary, its very low fir the employees who all working fir 12 to 13 hours.
