Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. this is the worst company i have mever worked in. i really advice people not to go in this company if u are hired.

Dislikes

There are many. they doesnt pay you well in time. no rules no policies people abscond in middle of projects. puts lot of pressure on employyes to complete 2 projects at a time. no learning curve. Hr doesnt respond or doesnt treat you well. I begged for my pay for 3 mnths. People smoke inside office. This is the same MKS vision in hyderabad cybertowers. Total politics and every decision is made by non technical people as they are working for years in same company. I had the worst experience for 3 months and it was hell.
