... with new generation for career growth and implement new policy for every one. I think MKCL is an excellent organisation for fresher but as a employee not i am not satisfied with pay, and working with same policy

A good company for freshers, it has a good work-life balance, and allows enough time for the freshers to ramp up and get ready for the industry. The company promotes a friendly work environment, and there is no cut-throat competitive culture.

You won't get to work on innovative things and technologies. The idealogy is to not touch something if it is working. The tasks become repetitive after a while.

-Only off on 2nd and 4th Saturdays -Sandwich rule for taking holidays. -Bad HR policies. -Manager asks you to work on weekends depending on the project. -Program Managers don't trust their employees so they force you to work from the office even during the covid situations.
