A good company for freshers, it has a good work-life balance, and allows enough time for the freshers to ramp up and get ready for the industry. The company promotes a friendly work environment, and there is no cut-throat competitive culture.

-Only off on 2nd and 4th Saturdays -Sandwich rule for taking holidays. -Bad HR policies. -Manager asks you to work on weekends depending on the project. -Program Managers don't trust their employees so they force you to work from the office even during the covid situations.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
