Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I worked in this company for nearly 2 and half years. Very Worst work culture heavy politics, no career growth. Higher management is very less care of Employees, even in Middle Management is very Poor quality people ,they don't know any subject but they can manageable .. No working systems ,workings policy, no Developing skills. If anyone need to take my opinion better another organization ..
