Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? The offices beautiful, they have very good computers, systems and machine in production.

Dislikes

High level of micromanagement almost everything. The life balance is not good. Working 18 hours a day with no appreciation for hard work. Also a lot of politics and management have their favorite who gets all praise.
