The company basically deals in power trading. Knowledge will be imparted about power trading but nothing beyond that. As an engineer, it will not be beneficial to spend much time here as none of the working related to engineering will be carried out.

You will feel scarcity of increment and incentives as well as holidays. No extra working benefits are there

Some of the colleagues are very supportive, however majority of people always tries to be politically correct. The managing director is very arrogant and rude.work life balance is good. They do not have a lot of work.

Managers do not value an individual's unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid year and end term appraisals.
