There is a lot of politics and management doesn't support. Salary increment is very less also on the job training is not given to new joiners. Japanese management staff behaviour not good.

Bias and partiality inside the management. Toxic management. Deserving candidate not getting good increment due to Manager is Biased and racist to Gujarati Employees and always protect himself in front of management. Management is not doing same for all employees always changes policy in special cases for HOD'S.

Company & Group is very nice but working culture inside company is not good Also day by day policies changeing and facilities of employees are decreasing & sallary increment also day by day decreasing. Management is not doing same for all employees always changes policy in special cases..... so not matter policies rule for management. If they want to change at any time it will be changed......

Culture of the company is very bad,every one is just trying to save themselves when anything happens you are only person responsible for what happened,they put on you bug burden and everything you have to learn by your own no one is their to teach or give you training.
