The very good job security nd work culture .The management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues.salary is decent but caress growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you can not resign. On the Job training is not given to new joinees

It's great working with Mitsubishi, all things related to my firm are great. Good environment, nice work culture, nice salary, other perks etc.

Negative points are very few. Those negative points can be sidelined

The company keeps the student on roll for only 1 year of training, it should be kept for a minimum of 3 years so that the students have to spend less efforts for career opportunities at an older age
