I like the work culture at Mitratech, even the management allows you to complete the work with out any drama creation. And work life balance will be good , but we need to manage it.and Benefits are at top class level.

Politics is every where in this corporate world. Salary hikes are a bit lower than decent.

Colleagues are all just passed out from college so fun after office. Give you responsibility and freedom to work on live from day 1.

Work life balance(you should work 14-16 hours a day). Hidden/High salary variable which you never get. Management treats its employees as a mere robot with no feeling/compassion. You will be forced to take part in Hackathon that happens every 2nd month where assign you actual company project which takes weeks to complete(you need to do it in a day) Though you work till 12am no transport will be provided and on top they ask you to sign a document saying company is not responsible if anything happens to me at that late hour

Work life mostly good but TPM are damaging as they are mostly misfit to role

Dislikes

TPM don’t know anything here and mess up dev and qa team and work and damaging teams work culture . TPM are the ones company should get rid of. But some TPM getting promoted to PM because the monitoring and feedback from dev and qa team is not considered

Friendly employees. Enough time given to finish tasks.

Dislikes

Many points: 1. Works with old technologies. 2. Not ready to adopt change easily. 3. Lots of politics in the office, and encouraged by managers. 4. Very poor hike percentage and no benefits at all. 5. Currently forcing employees to work in UK shift ( 12 pm - 9 pm ) which ruins the work-life balance completely and is hesitant to revert it back for their UK clients benefits.
