i) Delay salary. Generally salary pay in next month 25 to 30th provide payment received from client. In other case salary delay 3-6 month. ii) Due salary do not cleared. After maintaining all formality if any body resign from the company due will not clear. As for example my 8 month salary not paid even did not permission on EPF transfer.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that construction was so high quality and in proper safety maintain and has a global client base.the total surrounding culture of all staff is so beautiful.i get to travel many other places of north India.another plus point is that my colleagues comes from various culture backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. sometimes i have to work 16-18 hours straight in a day.Managers do not value an individual unique strength, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
