Culture - 3/5 It's a mix of Good, friendly & arrogant folks. Depending on which team you end up in. Work/Learning - 4/5 - A lot of products and portfolios to learn from. Compensation - 4/5 - Depending on the manager, it can be really good or just on par with market standards. Career Growth - 3/5 Extremely dependent on the team, product and especially manager Work From Home Policy - 4/5 - Existed before pandemic as well and allows to work from anywhere Benefits - 3/5 - Good Insurance Coverage - Car Lease Policy - Leave Policy Overall: one can sustain if he/she can be self-dependant

... though the same product and involvement level is similar HR & Compensation : - Compensation is really not fair, a fresher and an experienced can have almost the same pay and will not be corrected - HR themselves try and undervalue well-experienced candidates unless you are really good at negotiations, tough luck - Slow process on requests for anything and everything by HR Lack of Benefits: - No provisions for work from home, though the policy was introduced it was as good as having no policy - No mental health care for employees, it is ONLY on the papers. Unlike other companies of the same grade offering mental health day off/ Rest day during pandemic, teams had been working harder than ever.

Nice HR policies for employees, lot of benefits, standard compensation.

Dislikes

Poor collaboration among people. Less team work, people are focused to bug solving as an individual contributor. Poor growth potential.

Flexible timings, Good middle management, No much micro management. women friendly. promoting Automation

Dislikes

Hikes, Bonus, These days company is strict on Cost Cutting. No Team benifits, No Perks, No Diwali Bonus nor gifts. No Birthday wishes no Wishes for work anniversary. Rare Onsite or nill. Too much pressure on existing employees. They don't care about existing employees.

Peers have good knowledge. Thier self study training portal is good to gain knowledge in telecom domain

Dislikes

HR and finance team are wrost There is no security for female employees. Management does care about Employees No carrier growth, poot hike & pay Descriminiation about senior and jr employees about company profile% and other facilities Gender bias Management is not up to the mark They do survey just sake of no implementation Exist process sucks my ex peers faced many issues. HR don't provide documentation & reference letter of employment if you need for pr ..two of my ex peer face much problems.
