Salary on time. Work-life balance with good no of leaves and paid vacations. Management interested to take the University forward (infrastructure, HR policies, research facilities is improving) Flexible timings

Lot of events so managing academics with events is hard. Little less salary than UGC scale. Quality of students is not up to the mark.

Nothing except the payment of salary was on time. But, the pay too is not at par with the current scale. They give as per the 6th pay scale. There is a disparity in giving salary scales to people. There is no standard practice.

...search work but will always be expected to produce research outputs and publish. The salary increase and promotion depend only on the research profile for which you will never get any student or other help. Many fellow faculties except a few are very self-centered. Very very sub-standard research of almost no value is being done by these people. Very few IITian (newly recruited) are working there but in very suffocating conditions. I am sure they will also leave the organization within a year. This university has no properly crafted curriculum, no well-defined examination pattern and assessment practice, and no quality in anything of any sort. They do have a lot of money which management will not spend on anything useful except marketing or show business. They are running a scam in the university by serving some political agenda in the guise of an engineering institution. My last piece of advice to those who are looking for an academic position in India is as follows. Do not join any private university or college in India. At least avoid universities like MIT-WPU at all costs. Only try for IITs, NITs, or State Government colleges at best. Work for industries instead, if one can not get a better academic position. These private colleges have taken university status to accumulate money and only money. They have no sense of education, they have no intention to impart any either. They show a lot of promises to the world, but It is just a facade, a marketing technique. Save yourself and save the country. Expose such fake institutes whenever you can.

I like my organization because they pay me on time and give me an opportunity to showcase my talent. This is my first job after my internship and as of now, I am happy doing my job! Recommended place to work!

MIT-WPU is good as a university and has a lot of things to like, for example, the ambiance, the crowd, the overall culture, humble management, and mostly on-time payments. This place is really a great place to work for those who wish to continue for a longer period because just like other companies you are not threatened to be dismissed from your job. Thank you MIT-WPU for the support while I was there. Thank you, respected Karad family for creating opportunities for people and helping them support their families.

A higher percentage in salary hike should be considered looking at the increased expenses in day-to-day life. Appraisals are something that each and every employee looks at and will keep looking forward too...

The workplace has a great ambiance with supportive colleagues, a polite and approachable senior management team, timely salary payments and a straight forward and transparent HR policy.

Dislikes

The organization has always made me feel positive and never gave me a negative feel thus, no dislikes.
