The best Thing about the organization is we get to learn a lot of new things , always higher management is there to support you in yours skill development , Time to Time appreciation is given for the good work you have done ,Here we also have Open Door Policy with two way communication and management is always available for our queries and concerns which is a very Good thing. Management will listen to you and if you find anything which is not good for the future of the company or there's room for improvement then they'll help you to make it better. So, I didn't find anything till now which has not been improved.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
