Mist Ressonance is a good company for freshers especially for mechanical and chemical background graduates. Overall increment and appraisal in the company is good but that depends on your performance, also the seniors are quite supportive

Dislikes

The overall work culture and work life balance is poor. This is owner driven company and not a system driven company so you have to face the boss ego at every single situation. The owners way of talking to employees isn't appropriate and sometimes feel irresistible. If you come from a multinational company and culture, you'll face the difficulties managing your personal and professional life.

It was very nice working experience in Mist Ressonance engg pvt ltd. Pune, unique product range, good career growth, best appraisal on time to time, more traveling just because less employee in sales and marketing department.

Dislikes

Less employee in sales and marketing department so traveling across India.
