They offer flexible work from home and unlimited leaves- as tempting as it sounds and the reason why employees are still here

Dislikes

No allowances, incentives, bonuses or any other financial perks for any employee of any team. The company lacks direction, it's all documentation and no work. Most employees who've been here for over an year have gotten no raise, those who question are 'politely' asked to leave. The reason behind not being able retain talent is because company doesn't want to invest in increaments(hiring interns and fooling them in the name of growth, making them work full time on an intern's salary, just like any other corporate).The difference is, instead of admitting, they demean your work, saying that it not matching expectations. Fun fact: the whole team is highly skilled, they identify and solve problems, working day and night to deliver work that takes a whole team. No expectations are ever quoted because no body knows what to do. It's all good and chill until employees rights are involved.
