Initially it was good management ....2016- 2020 ...many have benefitted by meals provided in ajuba and overtime bonus ..good workspace

After covid lockdown..80 % of employees thrown into new projects ..but to satisfy the client side .management forgot to focus on employee side benefits ..they increased target even for trainees , I was given auditor role ..but they made me to do coding in absence of any employee ..so much pressure and bad management 😪 I have seen so far

Worst company they won't response if we ask for releiving letter they just gain work from us pressurized company target are too high we cannot work peacefully we have to work 24 hrs to complete their quality and target.They will suck our blood they will not give freedom even weekend also they ask us to work with full target but they won't give OT if we ask them they say that we re trainee I have worked for 1 yr but still they will day you are a trainee very irresponsible company never join in this company they will give appraisal when we have only 98% continuously or else they won't give they will provide less salary and they will gain work from us useless company when we talk to higher officials they communication is very bad they will talk harshly to us totally waste company dont join in this company this is my little advice pls

Good work environments and culture. Company training are good ,and free food there is a huge cafeteria and gameing arcade for chilling.

Apprasal not fair and they give not good salary and hike and bonus every year. there is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Only one benefit salary giving without any deduction Thank u for that .... work pressure toooooo High... No support for covid. Current bill high using home current and no computer table neck spine hand pain. No proper internet connection... using mobile data... for my family need i am working ... facing mind health issue feeling more pressure. Sorry to say this but this is real... very sorry....
