After covid lockdown..80 % of employees thrown into new projects ..but to satisfy the client side .management forgot to focus on employee side benefits ..they increased target even for trainees , I was given auditor role ..but they made me to do coding in absence of any employee ..so much pressure and bad management 😪 I have seen so far
