It's a small organisation with mostly installation job and experts in instrumentation and manpower supply contracts. New system adaptation is not possible and growth is slow with compared to other organisation on same capacities. Good for freshers to get experience and grow.

Management does not appreciate your good work and it's a one man show company... Working at senior level is difficult as you will not get any authority and full responsibility... Company owner is having other field of interest so focus is diverted...

As such there was nothing I liked about the firm as they were a totally unorganised set of people running it..

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
