...en attendance allowance is deducting between 500-2000 rupees based on the CTC's. If it is a paid leave along with the day salary attendance allowance is deducting.I don't know whether this rule is applicable for all the employees in miracle or else only for the recruitment and sales team.

Lastly, cost cutting doesn't mean the benefit of adding or merging responsibilities or sharing. if responsibilities are limited , automation with supervision control will balance the work force.
