Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

There is bond of three months u can not leave before three months. U have to give a notice period of three months to leave this that's a bad thing which company gives u three months for joining.

Dislikes

Compansation is decent but growth is low. The work pressir is very high.dometimes. i have work 14 18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend calient calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

As a Designer one gets a good level of freedom at work. Once a project is given no one intervenes. Creative people will feel good. However monetary growth is under question for Designers. Since designers work directly with the boss, and if one is efficient enogh, you get to learn alot from her. In one job you may learn the basics of designing.She is an excellent boss
