There are 1-2 senior people who take care of you professionally as well as personally at times.

Dislikes

Poorest work life balance. You are asked to work on any hours of any day. Weekends are working most often. Late nights, over nights almost 2-3 times a week. Art/Creative person is always working and gets less compare to servicing guys (who are working very less hours than Art)

Likes

I love the creative atmosphere and collaborative spirit at Mio. Everyone is passionate about their work and it is so inspiring to be around such a talented & motivated group of people. I definitely appreciate the open communication and feedback that is encouraged here.

Dislikes

Sometimes due to a lack of communication between teams, there is a possibility that deliverables can get delayed and work might get pilled up.

Likes

Great place to work & great work culture. Everyone is friendly & welcoming. The team is very supportive of each other & there is a great sense of camaraderie. The company also encourages employees to take initiative and be creative. The management always encourages everyone to contribute their ideas.
