It is a family run corrupt Marwadi company.. Have taken Loans from many Nationalised banks and Venture Capital Organizations.... failed to repay the same and currently the production units are sealed by the Court. Have to also repay to the rematerial suppliers in Crores and even if it clears the debt to all its debtors it needs about ₹ 100 crores and further tie-up with any bankers for WC and OD limits sanction for day-to-day operations. Even EPFO paynents are over-due for many years and currently under dispute. Getting rawmaterial supplier enlisted is a big question as nobody will give credit to this company. Almost all employees left many years ago and their dues are still pending for settlement and few of the aged employees even passed away. New recruitment has to take place for manpower and marketing activities from top to bottom, which is a herculian task. As the working hours and its culture and environment is very bad, the current generation workforce will NOT choose such an organization to build one's career. 🙏

Family run business. Money is everything for the Management. No respect towards it's workforce and no proper fixed working hours. Salary disbursed normally 2nd week of following month.
