I have over 15+ years of total work experience. I have worked for Fortune 500 companies, including Honeywell, Wipro and all I can say is even as a comparatively small firm, MinoriLabs has a great work culture, friendly management, on-date pay etc. Delivery managers are friendly, don't show their ego and get the work done smoother. I would say this kind of a culture is rare even in big companies that seem to have employee friendly policies. I am happy to be part of MinoriLabs.

I don't have anything in specific but they can comeup with some initiatives to offer certifications on related skillsets for their employees.

Work Environment in Minorilabs is incredible. One of the outstanding attribute of the company is that their approachable and values employee feedback and there are plenty of opportunities for skill development.
