Its the government of India, eventually. It brings a lot of pride when you talk about your job.

Dislikes

...tion. Most of the people are over-qualified to do the job that they are doing. Typical school environment where you have to mark attendence in the morning and evening, else your salary gets stuck. There are many cons, cant even list all. But the major problem is lack of understanding about their employees, their skills and qualifications before a job is assigned to them and poor management and administration.
