...tion. Most of the people are over-qualified to do the job that they are doing. Typical school environment where you have to mark attendence in the morning and evening, else your salary gets stuck. There are many cons, cant even list all. But the major problem is lack of understanding about their employees, their skills and qualifications before a job is assigned to them and poor management and administration.

It exposes one to multicultural and the dynamics of the society. It's equally the easiest Avenue or platform for mobilising members of different public through grassroot level
